Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the Learn German Quiz : A1 - B2 app ("Application") for mobile devices, created by Suifox Studio ("Service Provider"). The Application is free to download and use, with an optional paid Premium subscription.

Effective date: 2026-08-27

By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before using the Application. Unauthorized copying or modification of the Application, any part of it, or our trademarks is prohibited. Attempts to extract the source code, translate the Application into other languages, or create derivative versions are not permitted. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights in the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.

Accounts

You may use the Application anonymously. You may also create an account using Sign in with Apple to save your progress, sync across devices, and use the leaderboard and friend features. You are responsible for keeping access to your device and Apple ID secure. You must provide accurate information, must not impersonate others or choose an offensive display name, and must not attempt to access, disrupt, or manipulate other users' data, the leaderboard, or our servers. The Service Provider may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms. You can permanently delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account in the Application.

Premium Subscription

The Application offers an optional Premium auto-renewable subscription (monthly or annual, with a free trial where offered) that removes advertising and unlocks additional features.

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
  • The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription, and turn off auto-renewal, in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device. Cancelling stops future renewals; the current paid period is not refunded.
  • Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
  • Prices may vary by region and are shown in the Application before purchase.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service.

The Service Provider reserves the right to modify the Application, its features, or subscription pricing at any time. Any charges will be clearly communicated before they apply, and price changes to an existing subscription will be handled in accordance with Apple's rules, including any required notice and consent.

Advertising

The free version of the Application displays advertising provided by Google AdMob. On first use you are asked, via Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt and a consent form, whether to allow personalized advertising. Advertising content is provided by third parties and is not endorsed by the Service Provider.

Personal Data

The Application stores and processes personal data you provide in order to deliver the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your device and your access to the Application. We strongly advise against jailbreaking or rooting your device, which may expose it to malware, compromise its security, and cause the Application to malfunction or stop working.

The Application uses third-party services that have their own terms and conditions:

Connectivity and Device Responsibility

Some features require an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data). The Service Provider is not responsible if the Application does not work at full capacity due to lack of connectivity or an exhausted data allowance. If you use the Application outside a Wi-Fi area, your mobile provider's charges still apply, including data and roaming charges; you accept responsibility for these charges. If you are not the bill payer for the device, we assume you have the bill payer's permission. It is also your responsibility to keep your device charged; the Service Provider is not responsible if your device runs out of power and you cannot access the Service.

Accuracy and Liability

The Service Provider strives to keep the Application updated and accurate but relies in part on third parties for information. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service Provider accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, arising from your reliance on the Application's functionality, quiz content, or educational material. The Application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.

Updates and Termination

The Service Provider may update the Application, and operating-system requirements may change; you may need to install updates to keep using it. The Service Provider does not guarantee that it will always update the Application or keep it compatible with your device's OS version. You agree to accept updates when offered. The Service Provider may also stop providing the Application or terminate your use of it at any time without notice. On termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you end, and (b) you must stop using the Application and, if necessary, delete it from your device.

Changes to These Terms

The Service Provider may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. You are advised to review this page regularly. Changes are effective when posted on this page, and continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance.
